Purpose Of The Course:

Manages the fundamental financial aspects of an institution/individual/organisation through financial recordkeeping and is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. This includes processing and the verification of the accuracy of procedures for one or more of the following: revenue cycle, payment cycle and expenditure cycle. The Bookkeeper may also prepare and assist with statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and may complete and prepare statutory returns where appropriate.
