Providing basic health education and referrals for a wide range of services. Supporting and assisting in navigating the health and social services system

  • Entry Requirements:NQF Level 1 or equivalent competencies in Mathematical Literacy & Communication. Physical requirements: Adequate mobility to execute work within a community, and adequate visual and hearing capacity. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
  • Duration: 13 Months
