Occupational Purpose & Career

  • A plasterer prepares, calculates, tests, mixes, and applies coats of plaster on interior and exterior walls, floors, and ceilings. They also apply concrete screed and decorative textures while adhering to safety and building standards
  • Career Opportunities: Work as an entrepreneur or be employed as a Plasterer in both the private and public sectors

Requirements & Fees

  • Minimum Entry Requirements: NQF Level 3 with Mathematics and Physical Science, or Recognition of Prior Learning
  • Duration: 36 Months
